NINE NIGHTS w/ CINNAMON
Imperial Stout w/ Coconut, Vanilla Beans, and Cinnamon aged in Rum Barrels
12.8% ABV | 35 IBU
We let this robust Imperial Stout develop its deep complexity while resting in rum barrels, and added flaked coconut, vanilla beans, and cinnamon for an extra sensory boost. Flavors of dark chocolate, tropical coconut, and caramelized sugar combine over the medium-full body, while the rum-soaked oak barrels and cinnamon add a warming spicy depth to the finish. Savor the voyage.

ROES RED (Batch #3)
Flanders Style Red Ale Aged & Oak Barrels
7.0% ABV | 10 IBU
A Flanders Red named after the Belgian town of Roeselare where the style originally developed. This style is near and dear to Winslows heart after living in Bordeaux, and it reminds him of Belgian Beer bars in the area.
This Flanders Red features a strong cherry aroma and a complex malt background of dark aged fruits and leather over the sour lactic bite and acetic notes. The complexity of this beer is driven by the yeast.
The yeast is Winslows proprietary blend containing multiple sacchro, brett, pedio, lacto, and acetic strains, with Belgian origins. Following almost a decade of selection, and surviving a fire in the cellar below, this yeast has become its own unique blend designed specifically to work well in light-bodied, fruity red wine barrels. The barrels used to age this beer are French Oak and were previously used to hold Pinot Noir in Napa Valley.

NINE NIGHTS & ROES RED BOTTLE RELEASE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Starting Tuesday, 2/20/2018 at 10am PST, you will be able to purchase tickets good for up to 2 bottles of NINE NIGHTS w / CINNAMON and up to 2 bottles of ROES RED. This sale will end Wednesday, 2/21/2018 at 11:59pm, or when bottles sell out.
You will be able to pick up bottles at Pure Project (9030 Kenamar Dr. #308 San Diego, CA 92121) during our regular business hours between noon on 2/28/2018 through 9pm on 3/6/2018.
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit or the pick-up window.
**Any bottle not claimed by the end of the pick-up window will be forfeit, so please only order if you are sure you can claim your bottles within the pickup window**

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR BOTTLES:
To claim your bottles, you will need to show ID proving that you are both over 21 years of age and that the name on the ticket order matches your ID. Again, please only purchase tickets if you are 100% sure that you can pick up the bottles within the pickup window stated multiple times above. There are no exceptions.
Pure Project WILL NOT ship bottles. The bottles must be claimed from the Pure Project tap room (9030 Kenamar Dr. #308 San Diego, Ca 92121) within the pickup window of 2/28/2018 through 3/6/2018. NO REFUNDS: Due to demand for bottles, Pure Project will not issue refunds. All sales are final. That said, we are big on customer service, so should you not be fully satisfied with a bottle, simply email bottles@purebrewing.org and let us know.
PROXIES: A proxy may be named at checkout. Proxy must be over 21 and show ID to pickup bottles within the pickup window.
NINE NIGHTS & ROES RED RELEASE PARTY DETAILS:
The tickets you are purchasing will admit you to a release party to claim your bottles. The date of the party is 2/28/2018 from noon-9 pm in the tap room at Pure Project.
