Cider Seder

You don't have to be Jewish to enjoy this dinner. The wonderful "Rowan" Brothers (aka Anthony and John Belliveau-Flores) will join us for a traditional Seder Passover dinner with Spanish cider pairings.Regular guest chef Patti Jackson (f/o iTrulli) is consulting on the menu, which will be based on a traditional Seder/Passover:

Bitter Herb Salad paired with Castañón Traditional
Sweet and sour mackerel fillets, seared and pickled with raisins and onions paired with Aaron Burr Bourbon Barrel Cider
Matzoh "Fritada" with sauteed greens and onions, crumbled matzohs, and eggs paired with Emilio Martinez Sparkling Cider
Roast Leg of Lamb with tzimmes (roasted squash, sweet potatoes, carrots) and "Charoses" (spicy fruit relish) paired with Slyboro Hidden Star Sparkling Cider
And for dessert, a flourless chocolate cake paired with Valveran 20 Manzanas Frost Cider
