The Brick Kitchen
The Brick Kitchen presents 'Sustainability'.
An edible exhibition of sustainable food and ideas, set in the Project's environment of a bare-brick kitchen, in the cultural heart of East London,
Heritage Grains, Forage, Wholism and Localism.
Exhibition Sessions involve 5 courses of indigenous food, ethically sourced, with matching alcohol and infusions from native producers.
Sessions are discursive, communal, nourishing and informative.
The Brick Kitchen is a social food project, established to engage and inspire.
Evolutionary, Independent and Non-profit.
