South Shore Theatre Experience and Parlor of Mystery present Comedy, Magic & Mentalism
MAGICIANS JAMES LAZZARINI, MATIAS LETELIER, MICHAEL GOLDMAN AND JOE SILKIE PERFORM AT THE PARLOR OF MYSTERY IN LINDENHURST ON FEBRUARY 25 at 7pm
James Lazzarini leads a cadre of talented men of mystery on February 25 Parlor of Mystery. In addition to mental magic by Lazzarini, the show features parlor magic by Matias Letelier, close-up magic by Michael Goldman and unusual magic by host Joe Silke. The mysterious stuff starts at 7 PM at the South Shore Theatre Experience the home of The Parlor of Mystery
James Lazzarini (Amore) has over 20 years of professional experience. He has performed in China, Bermuda, Canada, Puerto Rico, and across the United States and worked for some of Americas largest companies including Deloitte & Touche, UPS, Burger King, Phillip Morris, WABC-TV, and Nabisco to name just a few. He has also performed for celebrities including Harry Blackstone Jr., Muhammad Ali, Jay Black & The Americans, Mookie Wilson, Boomer Esiason, The New York Islanders, Johnny Maestro & The Brooklyn Bridge, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Mayor Giuliani and The Royal Family of Brunei.
Matias Letelier is a Chilean magician who emigrated to the US in 2010 and settled in Boston. By the end of 2012, Matias rapidly positioned himself as the region's magic expert and was recognized as the Gigmaster best Magician of 2012. By the end of the next year, Matias was one of the top magicians in Massachusetts and was again distinguished as Gigmaster's Best Magician 2013 and 2014. Today Matias lives in NYC where he performs corporate and private affairs. His magic is interactive, youthful and funny.
Hyperactive close-up magician, Michael Goldman aka Magic Mike will perform some fast-paced miracles during intermission in the lobby at the Parlor of Mystery. Magic Mike is a sassy technically superb close-up performer. And dont worry he wont make his clothes disappear; thats another Magic Mike.
Joe Silkie, one of the Parlor's founding members, will host the show. Silkie is a magic creator, consultant, lecturer and artist. He has constructed custom magic props for popular magic television shows and props used by thousands of magicians world-wide. His magic often includes hand-made artifacts that he produces in his studio.
The Parlor of Mysterys is one of many programs presented at the South Shore Theatre Experience in Lindenhurst. Its the perfect place to experience parlor and close-up magic. It is small black box theater with comfortable tiered seating for 45. The Parlor of Mystery is one of many productions that take place at the South Shore Theatre Experience, which is located at 115 South Wellwood Avenue in Lindenhurst.
The South Shore Theatre Experience is a non-profit organization that produces original works and theater classics as well as conducting acting classes & workshops.
Parlor of Mystery shows usually take place on the fourth Sunday of every month with different magicians performing different effects.
