Burlesque 101 - Phoenix Part 2
This intensive course is created with aspiring performers in mind. Beginning with the history of the art, the course will walk you through all the steps to not only develop your first professional routine but also prepare you for a successful career in burlesque. Ending with your graduation show with your first professional performance, you will reap the benefits of your new education by experiencing the thrill of stage performance! Each student will also receive a 1 hour 1:1 with Miss Kitty, a Burlesque Salon, and rehearsal time.
The six week course has been broken into 2 parts for 2 reasons: 1) Miss Kitty's travel schedule and 2) to allow more preparation time for costuming and act creation. Only those who complete Part 1 & Part 2 will be asked to perform; however, Parts 1 & 2 do not need to be taken back to back. For instance, you can take Part 1 this semester and Part 2 next semester and be asked to perform. Part 1 must be completed before you can register for Part 2.

Saturday February 23 1-2pm
Saturday March 2 1-2pm
Saturday March 9 1-2pm
