Once Upon a Time
Welcome to Once Upon a Time, a concert featuring our most advanced girl and boy choristers from our Training, Concert, and Premier Choirs. "Once Upon a Time" exhibits songs about all sorts of tales, stories and lullabies from around the world. This concert also introduces a special first for BYC - the World Premiere performance of Dreams Upon a Brow," a newly commissioned choral composition by our Artist-in-Residence, Dr. Andrew Seifert. This wonderful piece is artfully set to the poetry of Tulika Dugara renowned poet who is also a BYC parent. We are absolutely delighted with this new addition to the rich world of choral repertoire. As always, join us for a special sing-along in the gorgeous acoustic of St. Thomas Episcopal, accompanied by the finest instrumentalists in town.
