Celtic Harvest
Doors open at 6:45pm
Celtic Harvest is the essence of a night in a cozy pub in the far reaches of Ireland, Scotland, Newfoundland and Cape Breton, or wherever the four winds have blown the tunes and songs of those fearsome islands. Formed twenty years ago, these musical friends have been delighting audiences throughout the Delmarva region with their performances of traditional and original material.
Celtic Harvest is Kathy Doyle (piano and vocals), Bob Frazier (guitar and vocals), Jan Crumpley (concertina, flute, whistle), Jim McGiffin (bass, banjo, silly songs) and Mike Nielsen (harp, bouzouki, not-silly-at-all songs). Their sets are eclectic and cover a wide range of emotions and tempos. Come join them on St. Patricks Day for a rollicking good cry... er, thats a rollicking good time!
The Smyrna Opera House is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. The Division promotes Delaware arts events on www.DelawareScene.com.
