Shorty Ounce and Carmen Getsome will be leading 2 separate 2 hour clinics in the Blue Mountains on Wed April 10th 2013. From 5-7 there will be a clinic specifically for the under 18 derby players. Following the Jr clinic will be an adult derby extravaganza! From 7-9pm a clinic for the contact ready skaters of BMRDL.
The clinics are for the Blue Mountain Jr Roller Derby League & Blue Mountain Roller Derby League members only.
During the clinic we will work on proper hitting technique, containment and we will run through serveral real derby scenarios and learn what to do and when.
Please bring:
-water
-white and black shirt
-a parent to sign the waiver if you are under 18
