Healthy Chef Challenge
Online ticket sales have ended but general ticket sales are available for purchase at the door tomorrow.
Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry proudly presents the first ever Healthy Chef Challenge! Foodies, friends of the Pantry, and fans of the Food Network will love this new fundraiser to benefit the nearly 50,000 individuals we serve each year.
Professional Chefs from the Chicagoland area and local cooking amateurs will compete in front of a panel of well-known judges to see who the best healthy chef is in town! What makes this event different than the cooking shows on tv?
All the ingredients they will be cooking with are items we typically receive at our food pantry, some more unique than others-think black-eyed peas and cranberry sauce.
Guests can experience the action while enjoying light appetizers and drinks.
All proceeds benefit Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry.
