Bordeaux Wines
Bordeaux is one of the largest and best-known wine regions in France, producing wines that range from full-bodied reds to sweet, powerful whites. Explore the Bordeaux region through in-depth lecture and tasting in this class with chef and sommelier Brad Owen. Members: $90. Non-Members: $105.
There is an average of 11-14 different wines discussed and sampled throughout these wine classes. There will be food items, such as cheese and bread, served along with the wines.
Class is held in the Ahmanson Classroom of the Brody Botanical Center. Visit any admission window for directions to the Botanical Circle for check-in at 4:45 p.m.
