Lost Cause Meadery Grand Opening VIP Brunch & Mead Pairing
Chef Chuy of the Good Seed Food Company is sharing his food and beverage pairing skills for a very special VIP brunch and mead pairing. As part of our Grand Opening celebration, we invite you to join us for two hours before the meadery opens to the public.
Course 1: Bloody Mary Tomato paired with Condor Attack (grapefruit and hibiscus mead)
Course 2: Hamhock Monte Christo Sandwich paired with Devilish Grin (tart cherry and black pepper mead)
Course 3: Filet benedict with gorganzola hollandaise paired with Buck it All (traditional buckwheat blossom mead)
Course 4: Lobster Tail Frittata paired with Piñata Death Squad (chipotle, chocolate and cinnamon mead)
Course 5: Plantain foster crepe paired with Zydeco Buzz (coffee, chicory and vanilla mead)
This is going to be one opulent celebration for your taste buds.
We're limiting this special event to 40 attendees total. Tickets include all food and beverage (mead) for the brunch.
