Supper Club: Anniversary Edition
It's time to reunite over food and drink and conversation!
AND TO CELEBRATE CENTURY BALLROOM'S 21ST ANNIVERSARY!
Many of you met Chef Charlie at past supper clubs. He's since moved to Ashland, OR and we're flying him back up here to create another amazing meal to kick off our anniversary bash
Join us for a six course meal, wine pairings, and bubbly (just because) in Century Ballroom.
$95 includes dinner, table wine, bubbly, tax, and service fee

* Endive and Mustard greens, Dijon Vinaigrette, Pickled Granny Smith Apple, Radish, Fennel Pollen
* Potato Purée, Egg Yolk cooked medium, Fingerling Chips
* Puffed Mixed Grain, Onion Cream, Candied Lemon
* Poached Cod, Fennel and Ginger Broth
* Game Hen Roulade, Jus, Crispy Oyster Mushrooms, Glazed Brussels Sprouts, Mushroom Rice Cracker
* Brioche and Ricotta French Toast, Maple Sabayon, Dried Figs, Orange Zest
