The public events will held at the Boise Spectrum on Saturday September 08, 2018 from noon to 5 p.m.
The event starts at noon and Beerfest will begin at noon on Saturday.
Pitmasters start cooking on Friday September 7th.
The state BBQ champion will receive an automatic invite to the Jack Daniels National Championship.
