L.A.-based married couple Bridgette Moody and John Seasons call themselves Haunted Summera play on their last names that appropriately matches the duos ethereal sound. Brittle guitar blended with spacey synth, eerie vocals and the occasional clarinet: the resulting bedroom dream pop is hypnotic and the perfect soundtrack to a sleepy afternoon, or a mushroom trip in a meadow.

Windswept vocals, sultry strings and spacey guitar blend together beautifully. The whole thing is mysterious and engrossing enough that it gets under your skin and stirs your own private nostalgia.
Josh Knowles is a violinist, singer/songwriter, and music educator based in Boston, MA. Educated at Berklee College of Music, he has recently performed in an eclectic array of genres and groups. His indie/rock band, Nemes, was recently nominated for the Boston Music Award for Best Live Act, as well as New England Music Award for Best in State. Josh has appeared on stage with the Boston Ballet for several shows at the Boston Opera House and on their tour to The Lincoln Center in New York. He is also the co-founder of Stringalong, a string duo specializing in over 100 original arrangements of classic rock, pop and r&b tunes. Over the past year he has performed at other notable venues such as Boston Museum of Fine Arts, The Isabella Stuart Gardner Museum, and The Institute for Contemporary Art. Josh is Artist and Composer-in-Residence for the inner-city youth orchestra, Revolution of Hope, and also currently teaches violin, voice, and piano lessons both privately and at the Boston School of Music Arts in Dorchester.
STRANGERS BY ACCIDENT
Hailing from the same dirty-water city that birthed favorites like Aerosmith, The Pixies, and Guster, and new indie heroes like the Ballroom Thieves and Honeysuckle, Strangers by Accident are an authentic, energetic indie-folk act with an old-school respect for songwriting. Their debut EP, recorded at BearTone Records in 2016, was released less than two years after Brian Sousa and Amy Wynne met as strangers on a rainy day in Boston, played a song called Accident, and started playing open-mics as an acoustic duo.
