Charcuterie Dinner at il porcellino salumi with Chef Brian Polcyn & Chef Bill Miner
This unique dinner featuring Chef Brian Polcyn, co-author of "Charcuterie" and "Salumi, and Chef Bill Miner, owner of il porcellino salumi, will focus on various courses centered around different flavors of charcuterie. Chef Polcyn, Chef Miner, and the team at il porcellino will deliver 5 one of a kind courses as well as serve a variety of their house cured salumi and hors d'ouevres. There will be a fine selection of wine served as well. Space is very limited to 14 dinner guests, and service will begin promptly at 6:30 pm on Sunday, February 18th at il porcellino salumi.
