After a quick tour of the gardens, guests will gather in Betty's spacious kitchen to "put up" some seasonal produce which we may harvest on our tour. We'll be jamming, jellying or pickling our bounty but will cover all of the above in our workshop. You will take home your own canning kit and a jar or two of the fruits of your labor.
Children (12 and over) may accompany a ticketed adult with their own ticket.
A free copy of Renewing the Countryside: WISCONSIN will be given away to every family, couple and/or household registered for a particular workshop (a $26.95 value); the free book giveaway is limited to one copy per residential address of attendees.
