Join the NorCal Hop Growers Alliance for our 3rd annual Hop Growing Seminar. This year our event takes place at the beautiful SRJC Shone Farm, just outside Forestville.
Tickets include coffee and breakfast snacks, a full catered lunch, beer tastings, cheese pairings, all day access to education, and an afternoon tour of a local hop yard at Redwood Hill Goat Farm with hands on sessions in the field.
This years speakers include Vinnie Cilurzo of Russian River Brewing Company, Nile Zacherle of Mad Fritz Beer, Paul Hawley of Fogbelt Brewing Company, Chris Fragoso from UC Berkeley on hop genetics and breeding programs, local hop farmers and more!
This year's seminar will focus on developing the niche market of wet hop beers, fresh hops, and local ingredients. If you are thinking about growing hops, diversifying your current farming practices to include hops, or brewing craft beer, this seminar will have a lot to offer. It's also a great opportunity to meet many great people in the California craft brewing industry.
Join us for a full day of immersive focus on all things hop!
