PRESENTATION: Navigating the Waters of an Integrated Master Schedule
The term Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) can take on may forms depending on who is asking; Owners, General Contractors, Executive Management, PMO, Program Managers, Project Managers, etc. For large organizations managing multiple initiatives/Program/Projects, and getting an understanding of where these intersect can be a daunting task. We will discuss how an organization can develop an integrated schedule and report this information to various stakeholders using various tools on hand.
PRESENTER: Brian A. Hood, PMP, MBA
Brian is a project controls professional with over 20 years of experience managing and maintaining integrated project and construction schedules for airports and a variety of other transportation and facilities projects. His expertise ranges from project planning and scheduling to cost engineering, and project and risk management solutions. He has developed and delivered best-of-class training solutions for the Primavera software suite. His experience ranges from nuclear refueling outage schedules, telecommunication projects and auditing construction schedules in a consultant role for construction of the Panama Canal, Miami Dade Airport terminal, and El Dorado Airport in Bogota, Columbia. Brian brings keen knowledge of compliance issues and best practices for mitigating risk.

COST:
The member price for this event is $32.00 if you register before 12:00 Noon on the Monday immediately preceding the meeting; late registration is $37.00.
Non-members price is $39.00 before 12:00 Noon on the Monday immediately preceding the meeting, and $45.00 thereafter.
Please note that registration will be closed Monday, January 8th, at 8:00 pm.
A very limited of first come first served meals will be available at the door.

Lemongrass Marinated Chicken Breast, Sirloin Steak Caesar Salad, or Vegetarian (requires one week advance notice)

AACE Seattle Section meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from September through May (excluding December). Each meeting with a technical presentation qualifies for .25 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) towards your CCP/CEP/CFCC/DRMP/EVP/PSP recertification requirements.
