Pati's Mexican Table
NYWCA member Barbara Sibley, chef and owner of La Palapa, hosts Pati Jinich, chef of the Mexican Cultural Institute of Washington DC and host of Pati's Mexican Table on PBS.
Both born and raised in Mexico City, the chefs will chat about Mexican food and culture while we sample authentic Mexican dishes from Pati's new cookbook.
Attendees will also get to take home a complimentary copy of Pati's Mexican Table cookbook (retail price $30).
