Every year we do a seasonal beer dinner celebrating the flavors of the winter season. This year we've decided to do this on Valentine's Day as nothing says love to us quite like the delicious pairing of great food and beer. Chef Lucas has come up with an amazing menu and we'll have five very special beers.
Parties will be seated individually to provide a more romantic atmosphere with a total of 40 tickets available for sale. Please choose your preferred arrival time when purchasing tickets, seatings will happen every half hour. The $60 ticket price includes tax and gratuity this time around.
Representatives from each brewery will be on hand to answer questions about the beer. This should be a very special evening.
Amuse Bouche: Cocoa dusted Lincet delice de Bourgogneand persimmon syrup. Paired with Upslope Brewing Nitro Milk Stout
First Course: Kushi oysters with preserved lemon mignonette on Tabasco fennel snow. Paired with Ska Brewing Hibernal Vinifera
Second Course: Half smoked surf and turf. Bistro filet and scallops. Half of the portion served in cold smoke, accompanied by warm citrus spiked fingerling potato salad, celery root puree, and black garlic. Paired with Dry Dock Brewing Bligh's Barely Wine and Odell Brewing The Meddler
Third Course: Caramel, pear, and pecan upside down cake with dried fig anglaise. Paired with Great Divide Barrel Aged Hibernation
