Kittyoke!
Kittyoke is Kitty Moshpit's version of karaoke. KJ Lauren will be running the karaoke to maximize frivolity and stunning performances. It is the night of the Grammy's so sing past Grammy winners or old standbys. Costumes, props, performance art encouraged. It is on the big stage so you can give it your all.
Dan Kois writes in The New York Times, "Portland isn't just the capital of karaokeIt's a city devoted to chasing that feeling the feeling of doing something you love, just for a moment, and being recognized for it, no matter how obscure or unnecessary or ludicrous it might seem to the straight world. It is the capital of taking frivolity seriously." That sums up our mission for Kittyoke. Join us for a night of frivolity and seriously fun performances.
