Healthcare Reform - OhioHealth Response
On Thursday, Feb. 21, Cheryl Herbert, RN, OhioHealth System Vice President for Clinical Support Services will discuss how Central Ohio's largest healthcare system is addressing performance pressures associated with the Affordable Care Act and other external forces. She will examine national trends while comparing and contrasting the OhioHealth strategy to deliver quality outcomes and enhanced patient satisfaction with ever greater efficiency. Ms. Herbert will discuss System-wide initiatives including the daunting process to establish its new integrated Information Technology platform. We will look as goals for patient safety at every level within the enterprise.
Ms. Herbert will also share some insights and observation about Dublin Methodist Hospital today, 5 years after completion.
