This is our fourth annual retreat in Vancouver area (Whistler, BC). It is in a beautiful nature setting close to the Whistler village in a lovely retreat center beside a lake.
This year Ali Razmi (Tar & Setar) and Jeremy Therrien (Ney) + friends will gift us with their beautiful Improvised mystical Sufi music. Here is a link to a clip of our last year event with music and sama: https://vimeo.com/51257161
The gathering begins Friday evening (June 28th, 2013) with dinner and ends with lunch on Sunday (June 30th, 2013). The cost includes 6 vegetarian meals and lodging. This retreat is limited to 35 attendees maximum.
COST:
To make it easier for lovers and friends to attend we are leaving the option open for you to contribute between $290-$340, pay / contribute what you can. If you are paying less than $340, just pay the deposit for now and you can pay the balance upon arrival.
By participating in the weekend, you are also invited to attend the July 1st, Vancouver evening session.

Kabir and Camille Helminski are internationally respected authors, and the directors of the Threshold Society (http://sufism.org/). Kabir Dede is a Shaikh of the Mevlevi Order which traces back to Jalaluddin Rumi, He has toured with the Whirling Dervishes bringing Sufi culture to more than 100,000 people. Kabir's books include Living Presence, The Knowing Heart, The Pocket Rumi and Love's Ripening. Camille is the author of Women of Sufism and translation of Rumi's Sun (Magalat Shams e Tabrizi).
