The Rendezvous - Pisces Birthday Celebration
The Rendezvous is one of NYC's hottest and longest running monthly  events featuring live performances from some of the most talented independent artists in the music industry.

The next edition of The Rendezvous is a special Pisces Birthday Celebration for DJ BlackIcon1, MamaSoul and a few others under the sign of Pisces!

We'll have live performances from:

Bonne Vie Music Group/Deftime Music Artists

Holliday, J_Marquis & Kandace

Holliday is a 26 year old phenomenon who picked up a guitar at the age of 7. Possessing the charisma of such artists like Al Green, Freddie Jackson, Chaka Khan, Eric Clapton, Steve Winwood, and Marvin Gaye Hollidaytakes audiences on an eloquent, meaningful and sometimes painful journey with his music.

J_Marquis

J. Marquis does not just explore sexuality and its primal urges. Instead, he endeavors to speak on social and political themes; or as he puts it, "Hold up I got something to say".

Kandace

What makes a legend? Is it mood, movement or timing? Perhaps it is something more than life imitating art? All things considered, Kandace Breon, a 24 year old disciple of the mighty Lauryn Hill says, almost without saying, that each year has been a visceral, instinctual, emotional, and intuitive drama encompassing her life.

Plus:

Laury Webb

Jamaican born and New York based, Laury Webb is a singer, musician, producer, actor and writer. He's been called both The Opera Dread, and the Frank Sinatra of reggae.

And

Colie Williams

Old school soul is showing its face it seems with more regularity as new artists are coming on the scene wrapped in tunes drenched in stylings reminiscent of some of our favorite soul artists from back in the day. New York-bred chanteuse Colie Williams is one of those singers. Giving us a sound that is an artful blend of Teena Marie meets Angela Bofill, Colie is a singer who revels in her love for classic soul and confidently presents music that she dubs "holistic soul."

Music will be provided by DJDanC.E. heard Sat. & Sun. from Noon - 2PM on "ISB Radio" on RhythmAndSoulRadio.com
