OldJack return to the their favorite room to start up the Boston Music Award winning "OldJack's Last Saturdays" residency.  The wild ride tonight brings along the East cost surf jams of Le Roxy Pro and the alt rock trio of Wild Sun

LE ROXY PRO
Le Roxy Pro is a Neo surf rock band. Formed in August 2014 by Lead Singer Brent Battey formally of the Band The Wandas, alongside bandmates Greg Settino, Sam Creager, Dave Chapman, and Andrew Knox. They are based in both Boston, Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island.

The band has performed throughout New England and have opened for Life in Film as well as Nate Rateliff and the Night Sweats. Their self titled Album came out in 2014, was mixed by guitarist Patrick Krief of the band The Dears, and mastered by Ryan Morey (Arcade Fire, Wolf Parade and The Stills). As a solo artist, Brent has been a past winner of the WBRU Rock Hunt as well as making it to the National Finals at the Emergenza festival. The band was the winner of the 2016 Rock Hunt.

WILD SUN
Wild Sun stands apart from the noise and imitation with their honest brand of heartfelt rock and roll. In a time when every channel is overloaded with the same old thing, Wild Sun is fresh and raw, and yet accessibly familiar. In just three years, the trio of alternative rockers have earned their stay as one of the most promising bands around. With their debut album produced by Bryce Goggin (Pavement, Phish), frequent radio airplay (CMJ Top 200 Chart), and a live show that breaks bar sales records, Wild Sun is armed for the front lines. Their debut album, "Little Truths," was released nationally in September of 2015 by American Laundromat Records. Motif Magazine named the album one of the "Top 20 Albums of 2015," alongside Wilco and Kendrick Lamar. In April of 2016, the band released the two-song "Rigby EP," once again working with Bryce Goggin. This year alone, Wild Sun has been mentioned by Rolling Stone, Spin, Billboard, and Entertainment Weekly, and other high profile press outlets. Wild Sun has a cover featured on the new Elliott Smith tribute, Say Yes among artists like J Mascis, Julien Baker, and Amanda Palmer. The band has played hundreds of shows and have had to opportunity to share the stage with national touring acts such as The Wombats, Eve 6, Blitzen Trapper, Rubblebucket, Langhorne Slim, Mothers, And The Kids, Quiet Life, and others. Wild Sun is currently in the studio working on their follow-up full length album to their critically acclaimed debut.
