Chance presents: Sessions from the Martin Hanson
Ed Willett and Cheryl Leah of "Chance" present:
"Sessions from the Martin Hanson". This concert series now in it's third season continues to feature Chance in collaboration with many of the areas gifted songwriters and on February 3rd their featured guest will be the singer/songwriter/pianist Yazmin Bowers.
Yazmin continues a multi-generational tradition found in her family tree of choosing music as her life's work. At a young age she fell in love with Cuban music and has spent over a decade studying with master in the field Rebeca Mauleón-Santana, among others. Two winters ago she finally fulfilled her dream of living in Havana, Cuba to study music and dance at the Instituto Superior de Arte. Currently she's in the production stage of her third album, which was recorded in Cuba with her production team at Mo.Record Studio.
