ROOM 514 - Minnesota Premiere!
Sunday, March 3 at 7pm
Anna, a Russian émigré and police investigator in the Israeli military, is ordered to interrogate a senior officer who is alleged to have abused an Arab family. Although advised to stop the case by those around her, she steadfastly pursues the case, eschewing the approval of her superiors in favor of morality and justice for the victims. Unfortunately, her idealism against the perceived abuse of power might have far-reaching consequences for everyone involved.
Shot in just five days after intensive rehearsals, this thought-provoking drama (inspired by real events) features powerful dialogue, strong naturalistic performances, and an almost claustrophobic aesthetic. An intensive thriller!
