This is the kick off dance concert of the 30th Anniversary Conference and Festival of the International Association of Blacks In Dance. Lula Washington Dance Theatre is hosting this c conference in Los Angeles Jan. 23-28.
This first concert is at the Aratani Japanese American Cultural and Community Center. It features dance works by locally based dance artists and companies.
