This years Witness Theater Project once again brings Yachad Jewish teens together with Holocaust Survivors to create a new performance based on the life experiences of the survivors. The personal stories and reflections are transformed and woven into a theatrical performance, written by the teens and survivors, to pass on the memories, lessons and stories of this tragic time in history. Come bear witness and never forget.
Recommended for 12+. Performance runs approximately 90 minutes without intermission, including a Q&A with the artists.
This project is a partnership between Yachad: The Jewish Education Program for Teens, Sabes JCC, Minneapolis Jewish Federation, Legacy Heritage Fund Better Together Program, Tolerance Minnesota of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota & The Dakotas, Sholom Home and the Joint Distribution Committee Eshel Program.
