Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training is a training program designed to help police officers and other first responders react appropriately to incidents involving people with mental health, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or substance use disorder needs who are in crisis.
Training Details: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Thomasville Police Academy 1285 Jacob St, Thomasville, NC 27360 (336) 472-1112
Training is FREE for First Responders working for public entities (i.e., local, county, and state government; public educational entities). All other First Responders should contact us for information on cost, which is nominal (i.e., federal government, private educational entities).
