It's the food, Cupid
For chefs, Valentine's Day marks the end of the holidays, the last special menu before the easy days of spring. At this point, were tired of champagne toasts and truffle oil, and full of contempt for the oozy chocolate dessert that consummates a price-spiked dinner for two.
The catch is, you cant cook well for others without love. So this pop up IS, in the end, unapologetically about love for--what else--food, friends, our communities, and each other.
Come together this February with people who love good food and conversation as much as you do. Leave your chocolate boxes and tables for two at home.
