ABOUT The all-female performance collective Feet Off The Ground Dance will be taking over to bring you a dynamic class that will incorporate improvisation into jamming, play, and learning company repertoire.
The sessions will explore some of the fundamental principals of Contact Improvisation and Partnering with a specific focus on heightening awareness, connection and flow. Feet off the Ground Dance invite participants to be spontaneous and daring in the types and quality of the movement vocabulary, challenging their choices, familiarity and physicality.
*Please book BOTH dates if you'd like to attend both classes. Classes are designed so that you can attend both or either.
