Norm Louis is the man that made it happen! He started the group over 20 years ago as the rhythm guitarist and primary vocalist. A longtime veteran of music, he had previously spent 10 years with his rockabilly band aptly named Louis & Clark. Stormin' Norman & the Cyclones now have 2 CDs with over 20 originals, all produced by lead guitarist Ken Kraft. They have played over 100 diverse venues throughout Northern California. The band is a fun, high energy blend of Roots Rock and Catchy Originals that will get any crowd dancing. Styles include Classic Rock from Chuck Berry to the Beatles, a bit of Blues, a splash of Reggae, some soulful ballads and some Santa Cruz Surf Music. Guitar great Ken Kraft of Snail fame, multi-instrumentalist Jojo Fox, drummer Michael Johnson and sax ace Jim Hannibal are the Cyclones.
