Traditional Foods and Health Event
The Weston A Price Foundation is based on the research of Dr Weston A Price, on how traditional people's diet affected their health and well being. Dr Price's research demonstrated that humans achieve good physical form and vibrant health, generation after generation, only when they consume nutrient-dense whole foods and the vital fat-soluble activators found exclusively in animal fats. At this event speakers include:
Sally Fallon, Founder of Weston A Price Foundation and author of many books on real foods. She will introduce the principle's of traditional foods.
Sam Feltham, Founder of Public Health Collaboration, gives a critique of current health guidelines.
Robert Brown, McCarrison Society will talk about the beneficial qualities of animal and plant based fats with especial regards to modern procession techniques.
Jessica Taylor, Nutritional Therapist; Her talk focuses on healing principles of the Gut and Psychology/Physiology Diet,(GAPS diet), and how that gives a damaged digestive system a chance to heal.
