Jazz at the Chimes - Bruce Forman - The Red Guitar
Imagine receiving an invitation to a gala featuring John Coltrane, Sigmund Freud, and Faust. Bruce Formans The Red Guitar is all that and more. It draws on Formans decades of experience as a formidable jazz guitarist and his considerable skill as a storyteller and teacher, producing a work that is greater than the sum of its dazzling parts.
This concert is part of the Jazz at the Chimes series held at the stunning Julia Morgan Chapel of the Chimes, an historical landmark building. This intimate space seats about 160 in linear pews.
Tickets may also be available at the door (cash only), based on availability. On site box office opens at 12:30.
