Cheese and Beer
When our head cheesemonger Chelsea is asked for her favorite wine pairing for cheese, she usually says Beer. We will do this pairing from the perspective of the beverage, and find what goes best with an IPA, Saison, Lager, Sour, and Wheat Ale. Beer pairings are included in the cost of this class, but if you do not drink or have dietary restrictions regarding certain types of beer, please let us know so that we can accomodate you accordingly!
