Local expert Jessica Easto has recently published Craft Coffee: A Manual, and her husband, Andreas Willhoff, an educator at Halfwit Coffee Roasters, consulted on the project. The two of them will be leading us in a mini-course on our favorite bitter beverage. The two-hour class will include coffee tastings with several brewing techniques, and the cost includes your choice of either a take-home bag of your preferred coffee beans or a coffee mug.
