Rasputin's Marionettes
Matt Scott has spent 20 years pushing the limits of puppetry. His career began at the famous Bob Baker Marionette Theater in Los Angeles. Four years later, he began to build and perform marionettes as Rasputins Marionettes. His premiere work of Freakshow Follies debuted in 2004, solidifying a grotesque and unique take on traditional marionette shows. With a continuously growing repertoire and cult following in Los Angeles, his edgy style has expanded to include a varied and unconventional slant on puppetry. From foul-mouthed adult monologues, to wanton burlesque dames, to shocking holiday characters and memorable childrens shows, Rasputins Marionettes has pushed the envelope of what adult puppetry can showcase to shocked and amused audiences.

1. REVEREND TOMMY GUNN the patriarch of the family is the founder of the FreakShow Deluxe and the Best Talker On the West Coast.
2. MISS MALICE AFORETHOUGHT both Mother and the Queen Bee of Sideshow runs a tight ship during the dangerous acts. She is mad, bad, & dangerous to know.
3. GRENNAN THE GREEN MONSTER - the 12-year-old World's Youngest Professional Knife Thrower has been performing his signature act for over 6 years and other acts even longer.
4. LA PEQUENA ARANITA - the Bravest Little Girl On 3 4 Continents, at only 10-years-old, has been on stage practically since the day she was born.
