Sandy Cressman's Homenagem Brasileira

Homage to Brazil embraces the diversity of Brazil's musical traditions, rather than simply focusing on Brazilian standards that have already crossed over into the jazz world. In February 2017, Cressman released her newest project "Entre Amigos", which includes collaborations with various Brazilian and Brazilophile musicians, recorded in the U.S., Brazil, and Europe. According to Brazilian guitarist/composer Chico Pinheiro, Beautifully conceived, arranged and performed, Entre Amigos is a delicate and sensitive declaration of love for Brazil, for Jazz, but above all an ode to friendship and to all the bridges that only music can build."

Sandy brings her Homenagem Brasileira Repertoire and music from "Entre Amigos" to the Sound Room.
