Co-op Cooks Gluten-Free & Low Sugar Baking
Saturday, February 17, 2018 1:30-5 pm at The Market Kitchen
Join local chef,arts educator,and food writer Sidonie Maroon to learn to make your own flour and baking mixes, convert favorite recipes and incorporate sourdough techniques. Best of all, experience how gluten-free is absolutely delicious.
This hands-on class invites everyone to learn and ask questions, to cook and eat together, class includes all prep, eating, and clean-up activities!
