Who doesn't love a good chili cook-off and who doesn't love wine? We don't know a single person who would raise a hand to that question, so we've decided to marry these two fantastic friends together!
This idea has been simmering for a while with our friends at Flat Brim Wines and Stella Taco, and we've partnered with them to cook up a great winter afternoon for you in the early New Year.
The concept is simple: Invite some great Cabernet Franc producers to pour their wine, and pair them with Portland chefs who will put their best chili up to the challenge. Add you all in the mix and it's a party!
YES - there will be prizes - Our Official Judges are: Mike Thelin, founder of Feast - the incredible food festival! Matt Vicedomini of the famed Matt's BBQ, and Kelly Clarke, Senior Editor of everyone's hometown favorite magazine, Portland Monthly.
Plus - you get to be involved - there will be Peoples' Choice award for best Chili, and overall favorite wine!

Tickets are only in $20 advance and include pours of Franc and generous samples of chili. We will also be selling limited $25 day of tickets and $15 tickets at the door to attendees who are under 21 years of age or just want to taste the chili!
