Shawn Gott, LMT. Educated at the Therapeutic Bodywork Learning Center in Brewer, ME, licensed as a massage therapist. Through this training I also earned my Reiki II certification. I have found a great passion in this field. The colleagues that I have been able to develop wonderful relationships with, have helped to shape who I am and the direction I'm choosing to take with my practice. My goal is to provide individualized care for each of my clients to determine your need or desire for massage or energy work and the correct pathway to assist you in developing a healthy plan to increase your health and overall wellness. If it is to simply relax, to reduce stress, improve muscle function, recover from injuries and surgeries, relieve migraines and headaches or something more specific like trying to fight the symptoms of Fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, suicidal tendencies or PTSD, we can work together to build a plan to increase your health. Trained through the Upledger Institute in CranioSacral Therapy, which also helps with the above concerns.
