Dinner with Logan Cox
Chef Logan Cox has recently left his position as the Chef of Sitka & Spruce to open his own restaurant, Homer in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Homer will be a neighborhood restaurant that focuses solely on wood fired cookery. Bread's and Pita's will be cooked to order from it's wood fired oven to be served with various spreads, charred & grilled vegetable dishes as well as larger proteins- all intended to be shared by the table at an affordable price point.
Join us as we prepare a 5 course family style feast all prepared over an open flame showcasing the amazing shellfish from Taylor Shellfish Farms as well as fantastic produce and livestock: all raised by local farmers and producers.
Prior to living and cooking in Seattle, Logan has cooked in Japan, Alaska, Washington, D.C., New York, Charleston S.C. and Italy. His love of the products and beauty of the Pacific Northwest drew him to Seattle- where he happily calls Beacon Hill his home.
