The Brick Kitchen - "The-Year"
The Brick Kitchen presents evolutionary food and ideas, from it's years work.
The event is an experience of social eating, set in the project's natural environment of a bare-brick kitchen.
The project will be cooking an exhibition of all it's exploration into food through the year, for people to experience inspiring ingredients and ideas, from the most brilliant sources; eating "Our Nature".
There will be heritage grains, natural salt, real bread, wild flora and fauna and raw dairy amongst other organic material.
The session includes 5 plates of food, cooked and explained by the leading minds behind the project.
There will also be a list of wild infusions and natural alcohols in the kitchen to taste and experience.
The Kitchen is open to all, to engage, nourish and inspire.

Independent & Non-Profit, attendance funds the Project's research and public work).
