MetroWest Opera's A Musical Theater and Opera Trivia & Cabaret
Back by popular demand...MetroWest Opera is proud to present our third night of "Trivia & Cabaret!" This is a chance for lovers of musical theater and opera to get together for a night of trivia, singing, and libation. This event will be a night where high art meets debauchery, where crooning meets smarts...all to support young singers!
The trivia portion will be played on teams of your choosing. Create your team when you arrive, or organize your team in advance...just make sure all of your friends reserve a ticket as seating space is limited for this event! We decided to introduce the option to buy an entire table either for four, six or eight individuals at a reduced rate! The bigger your table the more you save overall! A table of four is 13% off, a table of 6 is 20% off, and a table of 8 is 26% off!!! In-between rounds of trivia we will have some of the most talented Boston-area musical theatre and opera singers lend their talents to a series of show-stoppers, power ballads, and soul-stirring arias!
Once the trivia has finished up we will have an open mic, for any of those in attendance who want to sing, so bring your music! For just $10 you will have the chance to sing with a live pianist. Show us what you've got!
All the funds from this event will go to support MetroWest Opera's 10th Anniversary Season. Think of it this way...you'll be having a raucously awesome time, as well as supporting a local cultural non-profit! What could be better?!
