Mt. Royal Chili Fundraiser

Our school PTO is currently planning our 3rd Annual Chili Fundraiser which will take place on February 7th, 2018. The money raised at this event allows our 6th Grade students to participate in an exciting week-long outdoor educational program focusing onenvironmentalscience and character education at NorthBay Adventure camp.

This program is an excellent opportunity for students to experience science in thenatural environment during a five-day, four-night sleepover camp.This will be our 10th year participating in this program and we have approximately 100 students signed-up to attend.

The event typically is attended by over 400 community members, as well as students, their families and our school staff. During the event, we raffle off gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by local businesses in order to raise money for this valuable educational opportunity.

Mt. Royal is a Title 1 school serving approximately 750 students from Pre-K to eighth grade. We provide an arts focus to the curriculum and offer opportunities for gifted and talented learners.
