Yellowstone
The fifth piece in our 'Are We Where We Are' writing programme is Yellowstone, written and performed by Chris Thorpe, on 25th January 2018. We are delighted to welcome Chris to the Shop Front Theatre.
Chris Thorpe is a writer and performer from Manchester. He was a founder member of Unlimited and is an associate artist of Third Angel. Recent work as a writer includes Victory Condition for the Royal Court, Beowulf for the Unicorn Theatre and The Shape of the Pain with Rachel Bagshaw and China Plate.
Some upcoming work includes Status, a new solo show in collaboration with Rachel Chavkin of TEAM and China Plate, The Mysteries for Manchester Royal Exchange and Your Best Guess, with Portuguese experimental company mala voadora.
Chris plays guitar in Lucy Ellinsons extreme metal/verbatim politics project Torycore, works with the National Student Drama Festival, and is an associate at Manchester Royal Exchange.
Performance is at 7.30pm. Please arrive by 7.20pm On street car parking is free after 6pm.
