Calçotada at Moo Grill - February 3rd
Join me for a traditional Catalan Caçotada
The evening begins with a glass of cava and spanish olives
Then we move on to the calçots served with my home-made with romesco sauce
Accompanying the calçots we will have Butifarra (traditional catalan sausages) and grilled lamb and chicken
Crema Catalana for afters
And finally, the all-important orange
Sittings are at 1pm, 1.30pm and 2pm. Please make sure you are are aware which sitting you have ordered.
