Embodying a Dream Life
In this talk, international speaker and dream worker Machiel Klerk will explore an approach towards working with dreams. In this approach to dream work, you will learn to get in touch with your own genius, or guiding spirit. You will learn some practical tips on how to build and nurture a living relationship with your genius and to embody this genius in your day to day life. This will potentially lead to a more meaningful and fulfilling life. This approach to dream work has roots in Jung's Red Book journey.
About the speaker: Machiel Klerk is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has studied Analytical Psychology and dreams for more than 20 years. He completed a course at the Jung Institute in Zurich, and has a Masters degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. In addition, he has completed a 3-year training in depth psychology and dream work with Robert Bosnak. Machiel developed his own style of working with dreams, called Dream Dialogue, and released in 2015 a CD on dreams titled, 'Rumi and the World of Dream'. He has published articles, and given workshops and lectures on dreams in Europe, Africa and North America. Based on a dream, Machiel founded the Jung Society of Utah and Jung Platform. Saturday morning workshop: In this three hour workshop you will deepen your knowledge and experience of dream work. If you want you can bring in your own dreams. You will learn some techniques for working with your dreams. This will be fun, soulful and practical.
