Plant Based
The Brick Kitchen presents "Plant-Based".
Eat and explore plant-based food at the socially minded food project.
The event is an experience of a social exhibition kitchen; for people to engage, explore and be nourished. Set in the environment of a bare-brick people's kitchen, in the cultural heart of East London, the project is publishing it's research into the subject through a list of plates, wild infusions and natural alcohol.
Inspiration, Discussion and Food.
The session is organised by the minds behind the project to inspire thought and discussion at the project's sociable tables; whilst eating ethically sourced evolutionary food. The subjects of ethics, nutrition and sustainability will be being explained. Real Bread, Heritage Grains, Biodynamic Vegetables and Wild Forage will be in the kitchen.
Open to All
The Brick Kitchen is a research project, established to circulate knowledge and inspire.
